BELOW ARE FACIAL PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ALL SKIN TYPES. The video demonstrates how to properly remove makeup and cleanse your face before preparing for bed. Please RATE & COMMENT ~ Stay BEaUtiful CLEANSE: Suggestions: Purpose, Obagi Clenziderm MD Daily Care Foaming Cleanser, Aveeno, Olay products, Cetaphil, Philosophy, The Body Shop Aloe Calming Facial Cleanser, Clean & Clear Foaming Facial Cleanser -AVOID cleansers with ingredients such as: alcohols, harsh detergents, fragrance, mineral oils, soap, menthol, SLS just to name a few -Dry or Sensitive skin: Use cleansers that are basic and gentle and contain: glycerin & hyaluronic acids (humectants that draw water to the skin), lactic acid, jojoba oil, almond seed oil. -Acne prone and Oily skin: Do not equate tingle with deeper clean. These extra ingredients may feel good, but may cause more harm than good in the long run. DO NOT use products that are drying to your skin…instead use a mild cleanser to calm the skin, restore the skin’s pH and barrier and use moisturizers and or spot treatments that contain ingredients for corrective issues. EXFOLIATE: Suggestions: (Chemical): Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant or Gentle Cream Exfoliant, peel (but consult with doctor prior to use). Also look for products with these ingredients: salicylic acid for acne prone/oily, retinoids, glycolic acid, lactic acid, tartaric acid (all in low concentrations between 2%-4%…to avoid irritation…unless under licensed professional’s care

www.clarimind.com You can optimize your long-term memory and concentration by: 1) Exercising Regulary – A fit body supports a healthy mind, and a healthy mind is a necessity for superior recall and focus. Beside improving circulation and raising oxygen levels, exercise causes your brain to release dopamine which gives you a sense of well-being and promotes restorative sleep. This counters the stress which lowers dopamine levels in the body leading to an unhealthy outlook and poor sleep. 2) Breathing Mindfully – Slow, regular, and full-intake breathing (which fills the stomach) optimizes oxygen levels in your body, relieves stress, and boosts concentration levels. This type of breathing is practiced by meditation practitioners. Most people practice shallow chest breathing, which is an improper and detrimental breathing technique. In Western society, big chests and small waists are glorified, leading to this unhealthy breathing practice. By fully utilizing the diaphragm and expanding the belly on inhales and contracting on exhales, the body will enjoy increased benefits. 3) Eating Properly – A balanced diet with sufficient essential fatty acids which help build brain cells, amino acids which are required for neurotransmitter production, and carbohydrates which provide glucose (“the brain’s fuel”) is critical for optimal brain function. Foods rich in essential fatty acids include dry roasted nuts, pumpkin seeds, salmon, sardines, trout, tuna, avocados, and fresh coconut

acnetreatmentz.weebly.com As a dog owner, you may have had your own share of torn blouses, chewed shoes, broken vases and dishes and torn sofas, all because of your pet’s natural, yet unwanted, chewing behaviour. In fact, such behaviour plays a vital role in your dog’s physical development. Just as human babies learned and exercised their chewing prowess through toys, dog toys are equally helpful in allowing your dogs chew their way to healthy growth and development. Purpose Apparently, toys are not a necessity for dogs. However, these toys are helpful tools in training and educating your pets. For instance, toys make excellent company for your dogs, especially during your absence. Toys help to lessen their separation anxiety whenever you leave for work or need to go out of the house. Some toys can be stuffed with healthy treats and facilitate fun learning activities that will keep them busy. Dog toys are excellent training aids, especially to dogs that need some fine-tuning in the behaviour department. Also, toys are great for teething pups. Dogs are essentially social animals. You can even play along with their toys to bring more fun to their activities.dog toysdogstoyspetspet toys
