I don’t know what your arginine dosage is (what size capsules?) however, it could cause upset stomach. it should also not be taken by those with liver or kidney problems, diabetics, or anyone under 18 unless recommended by a doctor.

acnezine contains coenzyme Q10 which should not be taken by anyone with a heart condition, but otherwise is considered safe. acnezine also contains alpha-lipoic acid which could cause stomach upset and headache, along with a few other symptoms.

Question by : How could I improve this vegetarian fat loss & muscle building diet?
Currently I only eat:
Organic Eggs
Fruit
Vegetables
Low fat & low cholesterol nuts
Whole Grains
Brown Rice
Legumes
Fermented Soy
Sugar Free Yogurt

I only drink:
Water
Organic milk (although I occasionally have to consume “normal milk” and raw milk isn’t available in Canada)
Protein shakes made with GNC All Natural Whey Protein Isolate, milk, fresh fruit, flax seed & nuts
Alcohol (moderately, I rarely get drunk)

I try to cook in only coconut oil but if it is not an option than I go with olive oil.

Vitamins that I consume daily:
1 GNC Mega Men Sport multivitamin w/breakfast
1 GNC Triple Strength Fish Oil soft gel w/breakfast (I take this even though I am a vegetarian)
1 Jamieson B50 Complex tablet w/breakfast
1 1,000mg NOW Foods L-Glutamine capsule w/breakfast
1 NOW Foods ZMA tablet before sleeping

That is pretty much it. I always get enough to eat and consume a lot of protein while eating and minimize my sucrose intake. However I would like to know if there is anything I can do to improve this diet. Please make your answer thorough & informative. Thanks :D

dude you really need to stop trying to be vegetarian unless you really dont like eating meat… and organic milk and eggs are not healthier or better than normal eggs i hope you know that…. and that protein shake is just as bad as eating meat i hope you realize that by you being vegitarian you are not helping any animal or saving the environment………
LOL @ all the vitamins you are taking..
it dosnt matter if you eat meat or not… you are going to die either way, and being vegetarian will not guarantee you living any longer or being any healthier..

OMG LOL @ “Good job on the organic milk and eggs. ”
please i dont mean to be a hater but please do some research on organic foods… they do not help anything…….. same with hybrid cars, they dont help anything because either way huge gas powered boats are the ones transporting them, and the batteries they use are harmful to our environment…. please educate yourself dogg…

Question by RobbyePenelupex3: Could you use Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock as a primer for powder foundation?
I heard about this product from missglamorazzi on youtube, and she said you could use it as a primer.

I’ve never really used foundation, but now I’m starting to. So could I use it?

Best answer:

I’ll bet you could. Try it. I really love that brand of sunblock, btw.

You probably don’t need to use a really heavy application of foundation.

Question by Doctorv21: Could scientists be lying about Vitamin B17 not being the cure for cancer?
Not many people realize that Vitamin B17 is in a variety of citrus fruits that are in grocery stores now. A group of people called the Hunzas eat apricot seeds and never get cancer. They also live up to be 100 years old or older. Why is it that America has the most cancer cases? I advise people to research this and look at both sides of the argument on this form of nutritional cancer treatment.

Best answer:

Answer by Anon
Nope. Any scientist would become an instant billionaire if he discovered the cure for cancer, so it’s not even remotely plausible that that could be kept secret. Lots of people live long lives and don’t get cancer without eating Hunza seeds. If B17 isn’t sold as a cancer cure, it’s because they either haven’t found out whether it cures cancer, or they have already tried it and it doesn’t work.

Question by ocrsam: Vitamin b5 to treat acne? Could anybody who has used this please tell me your experience?
I have moderate-severe acne.
I don’t have as many pimples as I has a couple years back. (due to antibiotic treatments).
My skin is VERY oily and greasy. I have countless blackheads. It’s very depressing and hard to cope with.
I have visited my dermatoligist and she reccomended accutane as a last resort.
But that stuff looks DANGEROUS. I mean is acne really worth risking depression, suacidal thoughts, and hair loss?

I did a lot of online research and decided accutane’s not for me. I came accross vitamin b5 and some people have reported it to be as good as if not better than accutane, and there are no crazy side effects.

If you have took or are taking vitamin b5 could you please tell me how it affected you? and what doseage did you take?
Thank you.

Question by Julie-Anna H: I have redness on my cheeks at night. What could it be?
The redness occurs every night at the same time, no matter what I’m doing. It burns when you touch it, and sometimes it feels like its burning down to my cheek bones.

I was just diagnosed with rosacea by my dermatologist, but she still isn’t sure that I have it (there is no sure way to know).

There aren’t any triggers (like spicy foods, hot drinks, hot showers, etc). Nothing makes it start, and nothing makes it stop. (It’s always gone by the time I wake up though.)

I’m not really sure that I have rosasea, because rosecea has a lot to do with acne, and I don’t have acne, or a lot of the rosacea symptoms.

Any ideas as to why my face is being weird? =|

Answer by Andrew D
It definitely sounds like you do have rosacea. Most patients rosacea symptoms are less severe in the morning upon waking (this is not clearly understood). Rosacea has nothing to do with typical acne –> rosacea is an inflammatory skin condition caused by an overproduction of two types of inflammatory proteins in the skin. Acne is caused by bacteria which feed upon sebum in clogged hair follicles. Rosacea diagnosis is based on observation of symptoms, yes — there is no lab test for it.

You do have the classic early stage signs of rosacea. There are many stages of the condition, and it affects different people differently — not everyone has all of the same symptoms. However, rosacea is progressive in most people. If you wait around, deny that you have it, and don’t treat it, you probably eventually will develop many/most of the symptoms.

From your description, it sounds like you have the telangietactic stage of rosacea, which is characterized by redness in the cheeks, severe redness/flushing, and some burning sensations. Not everyone has “triggers”, especially in the earlier stages.

If you try a cream called Finacea (15% azelaic acid), and a prescription wash called Plexion, and this combination of treatments works after a couple of months, then you know for sure that you have rosacea. Sometimes, taking a .05mg dose of clonidine helps people with their rosacea as well.

Your choice is to do nothing and suffer with your face as it is or try treatments for rosacea and see if they help.

Question by LoveNAR: Does anyone know what this could be? Dermatologists don’t know! (picture attached)?
Ok here is a picture of someone I know that has a very difficult skin problem on the face that has persisted over years…

She has gone to a lot of dermatologists and they either don’t know, or say it’s rosacea or a form of acne. But everything they have given her has not worked.

She is currently on Accutane which is a really strong antibiotic. She is on a course of 5 months. She has taken it for 3 months now. It has not gotten better, if not even worse. They are open sores, with pus inside them, they feel like they have liquid in them. They scab over but then pop with the pus trickling out of them. She has them in several places on her face as you can see in the picture. She is devestated with this, and no one knows what this is. Does anyone have this problem, or does anyone know what it can possibly be? Also if anyone has taken accutane, can you tell me what it was for and if it worked?
